Leadership Training Opportunity

As Christian educators, we know that developing a biblical worldview is not something accomplished in a single chapel message, conference session, or staff meeting. It is an ongoing process of intentional discipleship, thoughtful instruction, and faithful leadership throughout the entire school year.
That’s why we wanted to make our schools aware of an upcoming opportunity from RenewaNation called SEED — Spiritual Equipping & Education Development.
The SEED program is designed to help Christian school leaders cultivate and strengthen biblical worldview development within their schools through year-long personal and professional growth. Topics are grounded in Scripture and focused on practical classroom and leadership application, addressing areas such as storytelling, prayer, and worldview formation in today’s culture.
RenewaNation will also be hosting an inaugural leadership training event this summer for heads of schools, academic deans, and Christian school leaders:
📅 July 15–16
📍 Roanoke, Virginia
According to the organizers, the training will focus on equipping leaders to intentionally shape Christ-centered school culture and disciple students through biblical worldview education.
If your school is passionate about continuing to grow in this area, this may be a valuable opportunity to explore.

We’re grateful to share resources and opportunities that support Christian schools in their mission to educate students through a distinctly biblical lens.
