Steve Dill has been involved in Christian education for 34 years at Delaware County Christian School in Newtown Square, PA. Initially a history teacher and basketball coach, he served as a guidance counselor, principal, and development director before being appointed Headmaster in 2002. Delaware County Christian School enrolls 910 students in grades PK-12. The school completed an $8,000,000 capital campaign in 2002 and is currently in the planning stages for a new capital campaign.
Steve earned a BA at Wheaton College, an M.A.E. at Villanova University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Temple University. He serves as Adjunct Faculty at Columbia International University, Philadelphia Biblical University, and Baptist Bible College, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Wheaton College Alumni Association. He has conducted workshops in development for over 25 years for the International Institute of Christian School Education (IICSE), Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), Mid-Atlantic Christian Schools Association (MACSA), and the Christian Stewardship Association (CSA).
Steve and his wife Marge attend Church of the Savior in Wayne, PA, where he serves as an elder. The Dill’s have three children and six grandchildren, the oldest of which is a 3rd generation student at Delaware County Christian School.
Dr. Peter Teague

Lancaster Bible College
Dr. Peter W. Teague, a native of Iowa, earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Sterling College, a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Luther Rice Seminary, and Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Teague assumed his duties as President of Lancaster Bible College on July 1, 1999. He served on the Board of Trustees for nine years before joining the administrative team as Dean of Undergraduate Education. Prior to his appointment as Dean in 1998, Dr. Teague spent 23 years at Christian School of York as Director of Development (1975-1979) and as Superintendent (1979-1998).
Dr. Teague has been a contributing editor to Manual for Christian School Administrators published by ACSI, Handbook of Christian Living published by Thomas Nelson Publications, a contributing author for Called to Lead: Understanding and Fulfilling Your Role as an Educational Leader published by ACSI and has been an instructor at eight different colleges.
Dr. Teague is involved in leadership positions with Association of Christian Schools International and Mid-Atlantic Christian Schools Association, and is a frequent speaker at Christian education conventions. He is listed in Who’s Who in American Christian Leadership, Who’s Who Among American Teachers, Who’s Who in Religion, and America’s Professionals and Executives. Dr. Teague is a member of Walk Through the Bible Ministries Advisory Council, Student Leadership Development Educational Advisory Board, Logos Academy Board, and President of Jessica and Friends Community.
Dr. Teague is a frequent seminar speaker at the Mid-Atlantic Christian School Association Teachers’ Convention and the Association of Christian Schools International Board and Administrators’ Convention. He has served on ACSI-Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Accreditation team visits and is a faculty member for International Institute of Christian School Administration.
He and his wife, Paulette, reside in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and have four children and three grandchildren.
